Beginner friendly, promise
If you've never held a hook before, start here. The instructions use photos instead of crochet jargon, the yarn is thick enough to see every stitch, and the whole thing takes about 2-3 hours. Most people finish their first one in an evening.
Shipping & returns
Shipping
- Every order is packed by hand and ships within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
- After it ships, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. That's about 8–14 business days from when you order.
- Free shipping on orders over $30. You also get a free keychain set at $50 and a free Pando kit at $75. Any other shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating.
- International orders may have to pay customs fees or import duties. These aren't included in our prices.
Returns
- You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and come with proof of purchase.
- Email support@itsthebobs.com first. If we approve the return, we'll send you a return label and instructions. We can't accept packages sent back without a request.
- If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us right away and we'll make it right.

I've truly never crocheted. Is this too hard?
No. This kit was designed for absolute beginners: thick yarn, one simple stitch repeated, photo instructions and video tutorials. If you can tie a shoelace you can do this.
How long does one take?
About 2-3 hours for your first one, faster after that. Most people finish in a single evening.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Nothing. Yarn, hook, needle, stitch holders, safety eyes, stuffing, instructions and a pouch are all in the bag. Accessory colours are shipped at random.
Is it safe for kids?
Great for ages 8+ with a grown-up nearby — the kit contains a hook, needle and small parts. Finished friends are safe to cuddle.
What if mine goes wrong?
Unravel and start again — the yarn is reusable. And if you're still stuck, send us a photo and we'll tell you exactly which row to fix.
